Dubai Public Prosecution held a meeting with delegation from Ras Al Khaimah Prosecution, to exchange expertise and review best electronic practices in government archiving, correspondences and disposal of confiscated items. The meeting came in line with the strategy adopted by Dubai Prosecution to enhance and support strategic relations and cooperation with government entities and departments. Such cooperation achieves positive outcome that serve both sides.

The delegation was received by Adviser/ Ahmed Mohamed Al mady, Attorney General at Bur Dubai Prosecution.
The Information Technology Department at Public Prosecution reviewed, during the meeting with the visitor delegation, the mechanism of electronic archiving and correspondences.

The purpose of this review is to identify the required information and files archived in the system, beside the approval of electronic signatures in correspondences, which facilitated the procedures and raised work efficiency.

On the other hand, Cases Management Department discussed the matter of confiscated items. Mrs. Suad Al Omar, head of Cases Management Department and Mr. Abdullatif Mohamed Ali, head of Confiscated items Section, reviewed the legal process to dispose in Narcotic substances in a safe and secure way. During the meeting, Ras Al Khaimah Delegation made a field visit to the confiscated item section and reviewed the storage work method.
