During Gitex Global 2021, His Excellency/ Taresh Eid Al Mansouri, Managing Director of Dubai Courts had inaugurated the Digital Marriage Contracts Service. The project is a qualitative leap in providing marriage service and transformation from traditional procedures to smart and digital procedures.

The project corresponds to the strategy of Dubai on paperless transactions. The strategy utilizes modern technology to build comprehensive paperless government work. The strategy is in favor of the efforts by Dubai Government to transform into smart model providing services that over exceed the customers’ expectations. The service aims to complete the personal transactions for local and expats in easy and comfort way in view of the current situation.

The service is based on the smart justice system that provides several smart services, and it is translation of the insightful vision and instructions of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and ruler of Dubai. .His Excellency/ Taresh Eid Al Mansouri, Managing Director of Dubai Courts, indicated that the fast and smooth paperless services are key part of our mission in Dubai Courts.

The launching of Digital Marriage Contracts Service exhibit the Department keenness to enable customers and clients to complete the procedures online remotely without the need to visit the headquarter of Dubai Courts. This contributes to increasing the happiness level as being top and key priority. His Excellency affirmed that we are liable to continue the smart transformation to achieve active procedures and smooth services that enhance the performance indicator. This corresponds to Dubai’s plan for 2021 to build smart and comprehensive city.
